Very happy with our stay here. The location is great - right on the edge of the Medina, so both easy to access the Medina and easy to leave the Medina. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop view was very nice. The building itself was beautiful, especially some of the rooms on the way to the elevator. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which was on the expensive side but offered a good menu and atmosphere. Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was beautiful, clean and stylish. The pool area was lovely with free towels to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can sit in the outside dining area with an amazing view. Very peaceful and just step outside to hotel and you're in a busy area with popular food places and sites. They organised an airport transfer and I also used the hammam and had a great massage. Loved it!

Hotel El Mechtel je komfortní a funkční 4hvězdičkový hotel, který se nachází v centru Tunisu, vedle obchodního centra a atraktivního a klidného parku Belvedere. I arrived late at night at the hotel. I was greeted by the receptionist and the process was quick and the receptionist even accompanied me to the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. WIFI was free and the connection in the room was good. There is an a la carte restaurant within the hotel (L' Atelier) which has very good food and is very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
