The swimming pools and kids' club were perfect for families, and the Aqua Park was without a doubt the hotel’s standout feature. Room service was prompt, housekeeping staff were warm and professional, and the overall customer service was top-notch. The entire property was spotless, a brand-new hotel that is clearly maintained to the very highest standards. A special shout out to the hotel management for creating opportunities for young employees from diverse backgrounds. It’s really inspiring to see a team so dedicated to both outstanding hospitality and empowering the next generation. It was by far one of our best hotel experiences we had, and we will definitely be back next year inschallah.
