I had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Sphynx&Pyramids Inn and I must say, the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A special mention to Waheed who was incredibly helpful in providing local recommendations and assisting with any request. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciated their efforts. I look forward to returning!

Especially, thank you to the hotel staff "Yussef" for being flexible in various situations. And also, the breakfast was delicious, too😍.

The jacuzzi with the view of the pyramids is remarkable. Breakfast is good. And most of all they were able to accommodate us for an early check-in as there is available room without extra cost. Accessible with uber ride. There were grocery stores nearby.

The guy who works there was really friendly and helpful, he fixed everything for us. He even negotiated with tuk tuk drivers for us. Room was clean and modern, shower was good, and the smell was pleasant.

I was totally satisfied with my stay at the Downtown Antique Hotel. The service was excellent, the cleanliness everywhere was impressive, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. A very special thanks goes to Amal – she was so kind, professional, and truly humane. Her attitude and personality left a wonderful impression and made my stay unforgettable. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

The hospitality of the owner Youssef and his brother is amazing he let us do a late check out and waited with us for Uber and he gives the recommendations for places to eat and where to go.

We stayed two nights at Spire West Hotel in June 2025 and couldn’t have asked for more. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with a breathtaking pyramid view right from our bed (here is the photo). Staff were warm, professional, and attentive—offering late check‑in with ease, because we arrive at midnight. The rooftop restaurant exceeded expectations: beautifully presented dishes, non‑alcoholic cocktails, and an ambience to match a 5-star property. The breakfast was delicious and well‑curated. Close enough for a quick drive to the Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum. Highly recommended for couples seeking comfort and views! 10/10
