Very friendly and kind receptionist, clean, quiet and safe environment, walking distance to supermarket and some eateries. Very enjoyable stay.

We experienced excellent customer service from airport pickup, welcoming upon our arrival at the resort, lunch at the restaurant, to setting up our customized land tour and island hopping . The beachfront is swimmable half day when it's high tide. For times of low tide, we happily used their pool which was always clean. We enjoyed all the food in the restaurant. Breakfast options were exceptional.

Had a problem with our flight and needed to leave the room sooner, than we agreed on. Staff helped with everything and even came to the airport to give us back the money for deposit. Really proactive.
