Our stay in this villa was exceptional. It was the ideal option for our big family with a baby. It is a very comfortable spacious villa, with a nice green garden, easily accessible, with a great access to the shops and the beach just nearby. We appreciated a lot the beautiful sea view from the balconies! We found the villa clean and tidy, all the baby equipment was available and the hosts especially kind and helpful. It will be definitely our choice for staying in Halkidiki in the future.

The property was clean and spacious, it had a massive living room, huge balcony with sea view in the distance, and two spacious bedrooms It had a bakery right underneath it which was open all day long, closing late at night, so you could easily buy anything you wanted from food to coffee any time It’s also on the main road that connects all villages in the area, very close to nearby villages and towns, with huge parking space, so moving around was easy

The whole villa is exceptional. Its crystal clean and has everything you need for your family stay. We stayed for over a week with a baby and felt very comfortable. The best place we have ever stayed! The house and the yard are equipped with absolutely everything necessary to ensure maximum comfort, pleasure and relaxation for people of different ages (our company consisted of 3 generations). The house is very clean and everything in it is done with great taste and attention to every detail. There is very good internet, which is an important detail for people who have to work even during their vacation. The nearby beach is clean and very suitable for small children. Nearby towns with well-stocked supermarkets are 10-15 minutes away by car. And last but not least, Christina and George are wonderful and very hospitable people who always make sure that every need of their guests is met. Sani Pine Villa is one of those places where you leave already planning your next visit. Thank you Christina and George! See you again :)

    The house is located in one villas complex, near Afitos village, wich was 600 meters from us. We went every day to the beach and to the restaurants in Afitos, by foot, because was very close to us. The villa is very nice decorated, with modern furniture. Kitchen area is very big and equiped with everything you need, including a dish wash machine. We enjoyed the table with chairs in the front of house, with nice view over the lush garden of complex. Very relaxing overall and the pool area is a plus.

    The property is very private, with lots of space outside and inside to move around and relax in. The pool is a good size for a private pool. The interior is decorated with lovely antique furnishings with all required facilities. The location is great as its literally round the corner from the centre of the village, yet it was still very peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony just watching the birds. The host Roxane was great, giving us her contact details and checking in with us to make sure we were ok and answer any questions we had.
