Great, the owner may not be there but he was available and responsive, naima the property manager was very helpful, she also made a delicious breakfast for us for a fee but worth every penny. The property is big, with terrace, hammam etc. ideal if you are travelling with the family or a large group.

I am here for the second time and I would not change this accommodation for any other.

The accommodation is non-smoking. The host Ali and Latifa really made a difference for this place. They welcomed us with their warm smiles and hospitality. The dinners and breakfasts prepared by Latifa were simply delicious. Ali gave a lot of great recommendations which were absolutely helpful in the maze of Medina! We travelled with a big family (elderly parents and small kids) and everything was easy and smooth, with the support and arrangement from Ali. I highly recommend it.
