The house has big windows everywhere..good to enjoy the vieuw. The silence was nice. Towels provided, good bed. Nice shower. I collectef some wood there to get the fire burning inside the house. Washing machine available. Friendly person who gave us the keys. In the kitchen enough stuff to coock badic meals.

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical stay at la maison du Yacht! The view from the terraces is stunning 🤩 Mohamed Amine was very communicative, answered promptly any questions we had, and was very pleasant and kind. The house was spotless clean, comfy beds with a nice Moroccan touch with the deco and design. We stayed in July, and for those wondering about heat/AC; the house gets plenty of natural breeze all day. And there are ceilings fans and a portable fan if anyone needs it. We personally didn’t use them cus the natural breeze was enough. Thank you again to the Maison du Yacht team for being such amazing hosts, we will certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a perfect stay in Cabo Negro 🏖️

It was both cosy and spacious, plenty of room. The host was the most flexible one can think of. Always ready to help and think with you in case of issues.

The old riads are nice but after some days we really enjoyed to stay in such a luxury house with a terrace with beautiful view. If we have chance to come back, we will take more time to enjoy the swimming pool and the fantastic empty beaches.

The villa is beautiful with plenty of space both indoor and outdoors. The pool is very quiet & tranquil with stunning views of the mountains. The location is perfect and close to many beaches.

Excellent location on the seafront with a beautiful sea view on all three floors. The other side has a view of the mountains and greenery, perfect for logging out and relaxing.

I booked the place for my parents since they wanted to stay close to the beach. It was just what they were looking for, they had a great time. The owner was super friendly, the apartment was very clean, and the sea view was amazing. I’ll definitely book it again!
