Lovely, small touches like fresh roses & orchids throughout the house. Port also supplied! Location sensational for views tho not recommended if u don’t have a car, as walking to town centre is not an option. Highly recommend tho as a lovely place to stay with all the amenities

A real gem. Really cozy hotel with wonderful service. From the moment you check in, you feel the hospitality of the Casa do Arco family. Natural views of the valley - absolute top. Breakfast is also delicious - fresh orange juice and eggs as desired.

We wanted quite and romantic place, out of the city place but close enough to drive by car. This place is located 20-25 minutes from the Sabrosa/Pinhao. The stay was amazing! The room was spacious enough and we had a big window facing the valley. The sunset and the morning views are incredible there. And because of the isolated location it so quite there. Except the room there is also a place outside in the property to sit and enjoy the wine and the views. The host gave us a taste of their own wine and port and we also asked for the breakfast (additional price). Wow, you definitely must have it! Aurora made us a wonderful breakfast. Everything on the table came from their own garden. And the view from the balcony (where we ate) is amazing.

Our view from bed was straight down the Douro Valley and a stunning sunrise was a perfect start to the day. Breakfast on the covered terrace fueled us for a walk downhill amongst the vineyards. Our host was generous with a glass of his delicious wine and conversation. I would definitely stay here again but next time for more than one night. It was a very sweet place.

Our stay a CASA da PISCINA was amazing. Maria was a beautiful person. She was extremely helpful patients and kind. We loved the vineyard and Jaoquin the owner. He gave us a tour of the vineyards and winery and a personal wine tasting. Our room was breath taking and very comfortable with an infinity pool. The breakfasts were delicious and provided on the patio or our room with the view. We loved everything about this stay!!! Thank you Maria and Jaoquin
