Cabanas da Viscondessa is offering accommodations in Urzelina. There's a terrace and guests can use free WiFi and free private parking. This accommodation is one of many reasons why I am looking forward to coming back to São Jorge. We could see that it was important to Jorge to present the place in a good light and it was indeed a very pleasant experience to be there. Everything was great and I have no regrets about choosing Cabanas da Viscondessa for our stay.

Hotel Os Moinhos is located in São Jorge Island, with views over the highest mountain in Portugal, sited in nearby Pico Island. the grounds and views were amazing! nicely kept hotel rooms too.

This hotel is 656 feet from the shopping area of Velas and 0.6 mi from the harbor. It features a terrace overlooking the garden, the outdoor pool, and the Atlantic Ocean. The view was amazing. Location was excellent. Right across the street from Car Rental. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to many good restaurants and natural pool. 10 out of 10 for the staff…when we checked out at 6 am, it was raining so hard, the guy on duty at the front desk drove us to the ferry….(we had planned to walk to the ferry, and had not booked a taxi, so instead of letting us walk in the rain, we were grateful for the offer to drive us…he went above and beyond!!)

At the foot of the São Jorge Mountains, Hotel Solmar is less than 328 feet from the coastline. Its air-conditioned rooms overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Calheta Harbor or mountains. The room was clean and very spacious, equipped with an a/c which was very welcome in July. :) The location is great, close by a supermarket and restaurants. Good breakfast!

Cantinho do Piano features air-conditioned accommodations in Velas. Featuring sea and garden views, this guest house also comes with free Wifi. Outdoor dining is also possible at the guest house. Perfect room, kitchen, very clean and comfortable and cozy! A lot of help from the owners, they helped with what we needed! Very close to the fairy, also to the swimming area and restaurants.

Featuring garden views, Quinta da Magnólia AR in Urzelina provides accommodations and a garden. There's a private entrance at the farm stay for the convenience of those who stay. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, staff were very helpful and polite, pool area was amazing.

Situada em Velas, a Casa dos Lagos - RRAL nº 2187 oferece acomodações com WiFi gratuito e um jardim com terraço e vista para o jardim. We stayed in one of the studio apartments and it was beautiful. Good air con, fast WiFi and stunning views from the terrace. Furnishing was lovely and good use made of all available space. We wished we could have stayed longer.
