Location was excellent. There were assorted diverse bars and restaurants located along the road nearby. Quite a bohemian and arty feel. Great for the marina and pier area. Easy parking and drive is a straight line from apartments. Super museums. We chose to Valet park so no problems parking and walking to apartment. We just parked in front and staff parked it for us! The apartment had everything you need for a city stay including dishwasher, fridge freezer, balcony, air con etc. We were amazed at the value and location of these super roomy apartments. All staff were friendly, professional and polite. Beautiful city.

I loved this location. It was the exact vibe I was looking for. I wanted a quieter, beachy, low-key feel as opposed to the busyness of the city. I felt very safe and at home here and I still had access to everything I wanted to do.

Valet and Reception staff were very friendly, The suite was nicely furnished, clean, body care products + linens were plentiful, and the partial ocean view was nice. Set yourself up for a perfect breakfast on the balcony with a trip to Ori's Bakery & Cafe, they have divine sweet and savory pastries plus fantastic key lime pie.

Great place close to Tampa Convention Center (10 min walk). Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.

Oversteg alle vores forventninger! Helt fantastisk boutique hotel med sublim beliggenhed og komfort. Varmeste anbefalinger! Hotellet ligger i gå-afstand til Fort Lauderdales vidunderlige strand og til masser af lækre butikker og restauranter. Gratis parkering er et ekstra plus! Værterne var utroligt hjælpsomme og hurtige til at svare på alt, både før og under rejsen. Hotellet ligger et meget trygt sted og med den mest fantastiske beliggenhed og udsigt ud over det smukke kanalområde med luksusbåde og kæmpevillaer. Lejligheden var veludstyret, og selv om hotellet ligger lige ved Las Olas Boulevard, hørte vi ingen støj om natten. Poolområdet er hyggeligt, men vi nød især vores dejlige balkon med den fantastiske udsigt over de smukke omgivelser. Vi glæder os allerede til at komme tilbage!

It is about 200ft to the beach access area. The place offers beach chairs and and an umbrella, also a beach wagon to bring everything you need down to the beach easily. Screened in porch was a great place to hang out.

We stayed on the second floor and had a view of the ocean. It was a very short walk across the street to the beach. It was quiet, yet close to everything.
