They take deposit before check in. I assume, since it isn't big commercial hotel and run by local residence so and trying to protect her property and it's reasonable. The deposit is refundable. The house is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 livings. 2 tvs. Tons of monitors, seems really good for gaming and working. They also have printer, paper etc. Location is great, very close to downtown area, and shopping mall, many restaurants around. The host is very helpful too, she offered to give us a tour, and we got some tips of how to get around. It's a good deal! We love it!
