Located in Lower Boscaswell and only 18 km from Minack Theatre, Distant Lights provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing location - last property before the sea and the coastal path. Out the main window was pasture, stone fences, cattle and the sea in the distance. Amazing. Local pub and restaurant a short walk away past more cattle and stone walls. Tin mining museum (with cafe locally well known for amazing breakfasts) was also pretty short walk. Could just park the car and enjoy. Couldn’t find a better Cornish situation In addition facilities perfect for a couple -even had a clothes washing machine with a laundry tab provided (muddy paths!). Kitchen was remarkably complete. Home cooked muffins greeted us on our arrival.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Penarwyn House is an apartment set in a historic building in Par, 2.4 km from Par Sands Beach. Fantastic space, with large bedroom, lounge, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and entrance, with an additional small, very charming dining space. Nice grounds and house and friendly hosts. Location is more to the convenient than stunning side, just off the A390, but a convenient 2 miles walk from the Eden Porject. And about the same from the beach.

Located 1.9 km from Par Sands Beach, 2.4 km from Spit Beach and 33 km from Newquay Train Station, Crows Nest provides accommodation situated in Par. Absolutely everything, except the comfort in the mattress

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Very clean, city center and easy to reach everything in Falmouth. Bed rooms are super quiet and towards the back. Kitchen very well equipped but we would recommend to eat out as there are very good restaurant around like the seafood bar, pho bar or the Harbour view. Totally recommended.

We have been booking this type of accomodation for many years. Derek is the best host we have ever met. He was very helpful and prepared all the information regarding property and exploring Cornwall. He clearly explained using of all facilities so we could stay and rest without any problems. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and drinks / snacks prepared for us. The bed was comfortable, towels ready to use. We enjoyed fast wifi, smart tv, a lot of brochures regarding Cornwall. We definitely recommend the place and will come back in future

Parking available close by (some free and some reasonably priced). Bus 5 minutes away. East Looe is an easy 10 minute walk. Lots to do in the area and the South West Coast Path is nearby. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised and Matt (the host) called ahead of time to review all details and make some local recommendations
