Me and my husband loved the place, it's a calm oasis close to the very attractive village Oia center (10 minutes walk), and just next to village Finikia (accross the street) which we found very lovely, with few very good restaurants, we tried Krinaki and Mese Mese, and both were excellent. Irini and other staff were great, we felt very welcome, and everything was in a perfect condition. Very nice pool and room facilities. Breakfast with plenty choices. Fully recommended.

The location is perfect. It has the perfect view of the sunset with the Caldera view as well. It fells like you are setting in an Amphitheater watching the full view of the caldera.

Amazing hotel with amazing views, the staff are amazing. I’ve never met staff at a hotel as friendly as them. Recommend this to anyone. Staff helped us with anything we needed, even booking into restaurants.

Our stay at Victoria Caves was wonderful! Their welcoming gave us a home comfort feeling from the minute we walked in. Alex the manager gave us recommendations of further things to do on the island. Which were all great. The bedrooms were very clean. The jacuzzi at the hotel was the best part bc you could chill at the end of your day.

It's a few minute walk to the bus station, nearby shops and restaurants. The room is elegant, clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectation.The host was so helpful and friendly, he suggested "the best restaurant" nearby. The food there was amazing and the restaurant owner was super nice too (Salt and Pepper Restaurant). It is easy to contact the owner by whatsapp for anything you need. He speaks English which is great.

Saying that Miss Kalliopi spoiled us is extremely reductive. Everything we needed or wanted to know about required not more than 5 minutes to be sorted out, INCLUDING car rental and boat trips. Every morrning Kalliopi would bring us freshly cooked food, and the quality perfectly respected the whole complex of this host. Rooms and pools were cleaned regularly every day. Coffee and breakfast were supplied along with freshly cooked food. The networking abilities of the host, Kalliopi, made the trip even more simple. Although the surroundings were a bit noisy, the whole experience was an absolute masterpiece! Thank you Kalliopi for treating us with silk gloves! 10/10 :D

What made the experience even better was that she took the initiative to make reservations for us, saving us the hassle and ensuring we had the best possible dining experiences. The room at Serapias Suites was truly beautiful. It was evident that attention to detail was given in every aspect of the design. The decor was tastefully chosen, creating a soothing and inviting ambiance. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and waking up to the breathtaking view from our window was a true delight. I highly recommend Serapias Suites to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Santorini. The hotel's staff exemplified genuine hospitality, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The location in Exo Gonia was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling crowds, yet still within easy reach of the island's popular attractions.
