Great location in a beautiful shipyard. Accommodation in the house was very pleasant. Everything clean and functional. Awesome patio overlooking directly onto the water and sailboats. The whole area was very nice and clean. A short drive to the sea. I also appreciated the enclosed garden where I could run the kids around without worrying about them running outside and falling into the water. Very sympathetic staff who will help you with everything if needed.

As a summary we had a very, very nice experience and we would highly recommend it to others. . The location is really great and so is the general felling. If you like staying in peace, near the water, this place is for you. The houses are very nicely decorated and are equipped with everything you need. Additionally in the vicinity there is a bistro in the harbor where you can buy food/drinks. From the reception you can buy some bread/croissants and coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine.

Cycling, fishing and hiking are popular activities in the area. It’s only a 15-minute walk to The Peenemünde Historical Technical Museum and a 10-minute walk to the Phänomenta Peenemünde museum. The Karlshagen beach is is a 10-minute drive from the property.
