The location was perfect as we could catch the tram right outside the front door! Delicious breakfast and overall great value for money! Perfect view from our window across the pier and beach and just a lovely traditional seaside stay. Would definitely go again!!

Also seaside is walking distance. The guy at the reception was super helpful and very kind. Also If you dietary requirements are halal - there is place Waff-La-Burg from hotel at three mins walk only.

The owners were quick to response to any requests and very helpful. We will definitely be booking here again.
