In fact, there are several beaches near Elia: you can choose a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas or you can choose to stay on a beach where you can sit on your towel. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling, willing to help you with anything. We really appreciated everyone from the hotel for their support in finding solutions for everything. The superior apartment is exactly like in the pictures, it is big and comfortable. All the propriety is very clean. Everything. Apartment was even better than in the pictures, very modern and clean. We loved relaxing by the pool. The hosts were soo helpful and the location was perfect. Bus stop, taxis and parking all nearby. The Old Port in Chania is a 15min taxi to the east with the centre of Platanias a short walk to the west. Both locations great for food and drink!
