Beach was around 600 m away. City centre was around 1500 m away with very pleasant walk. Every morning you wake, get your head little bit up and you see a seaside and yachts and boats on sea. We always had a morning coffee and breakfast on terrace with nice morning breeze and beautiful pine tree/ sea aroma.
