We appreciated free parking under our apartment's window and fast wifi. Lovely newly furbished apartment with helpful friendly and knowledgeable host. A grocery store is in the neighbouring building and the sea less then 100 meters away. Our tip: use the beach train, it's station is just 200 meters away, it takes you to all the best beaches in Umag and back, drives every half an hour. The apartment is new and well equipped, our kids loved it. Great terrace for breakfasts and sunsets. This is as close to the sea as it gets and at the same time in the very center of Umag old town and next to a beach that is 50 meters away. The gardens are so beautiful! Beach access, restaurants, bakery, facilities, cleanliness of the grounds, ease of use all fantastic. My son particularly enjoyed the gym equipment.
