Everything is new and clean. We got keys in the reception in hotel across the street (free parking there). Wifi for our apartment did not work, we were offered to use the neighbors wifi, when I complained about a weak signal, I got a new router immediately.

On the roof is also a small heating swimming pool with sunbeds. But what was absolutely the best - food!! Delicious !
