Quiet romantic spot away from town, right on the river with the ocean beach at 5 min walk across the street. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards on the river (which is a sea inlet) and a fishing pier as well. Room spacious, modern decor and a good shower.

Amazing location to the beach. Perfect size for a couple. Linens were great and having access to all of the beach things that we needed and laundry was amazing.

Amazing find! It was the cutest micro property that was perfectly designed. It was clean and we had everything we needed from basics in the room to beach gear that we could borrow for the day. Beach was one block away and that part of the beach was less crowded. Just loved the location. One staff member we saw was so lovely was stay was super affordable. All in all, amazing.

I’ll admit, at first glance looking into the open door, I was dismayed by the small size of Unit B. But I’ve learned a lesson in how to translate the best of a tiny house into a tiny rental accommodation. My thoughts and comments: • It’s very cleverly designed given the small space. All the amenities are here in a smart layout and the appointments are “home quality” – what you’d want in your own home. The artwork is all original and locally produced. Every inch of space is accounted for and not wasted. • Theres an outside laundry room, off-street parking at the back outside is a foot shower for sandy beach goers. • Cookware, glassware, utensils and table service settings are very complete and good quality. • The information binder is very complete and should be referenced before heading off for food or drinks. • The management was very accommodating when we requested a +1-hour delay checking out. • One downside is that units A, B & C front on to a small gravel drive from the road to the parking in back, so sitting out in front of the accommodation is not particularly nice. On the other hand, a nice “plus” is that there are shady tables just around the front of the building in front and there’s a lovely lanai deck just opposite the gravel drive for evening drinks and even a BBQ. All in all, a small space winner with a good location (the beach is a 3 minute walk) and reasonable pricing for the area.

The condo was very roomy and clean. Balcony views of the ocean were exceptional. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was attentive to our needs. The property and grounds are well cared for.

This condo and Cocoa Beach were everything we could've asked for and more! Walking into the unit we instantly felt a sense of home. Jan was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us have an enjoyable time in the area and the condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. Cocoa Beach has a relaxed and calm atmosphere, the perfect low key place to go walk around the area and of course along the beautiful beach. Thank you Jan for creating such a beautiful Oasis!
