Apartment was at 4th floor and our view was absolutely amazing. Apartment was very clean and very comfortable! Everything we needed was out there. Food was beautiful, pool was spotless. Perfect location just down the road 5/10 minutes walk away from the sea, all the shops ect. We are recommending to visit Palmitos Park and Aqualand in Maspalomas as we had so much fun out there. El Nivaria Beach Apartments and Villas ofereix piscina exterior, WiFi gratuïta i aparcament privat gratuït. We loved our villa, we had a nice view with the swimming pool being diagonal to our villa. It had 2 rooms and the kitchen was well equipped, they even have a moka to prepare coffee. They also offer salt and pepper in small sachets, so it's perfect for preparing a tasty breakfast, like scrambled eggs without buying too many ingredients. The villa service is fantastic, they ensure everything is clean. We felt absolutely pampered. We recommend this for a nice vacation or workation, because they have a co-working zone, they offer tai chi, and yoga sessions (which we loved), and they have 2 swimming pools. For people traveling with kids, they also have a beautiful playground for them.

Spacious apartment . Air conditioning amazing. Kitchen with all the tools to cook. Friendly staff. The HAIRDRYER amazing:) We stay for 2 weeks. Supermarket outside the hotel. Beach 7 min maybe more walking. Parking etc… Love this place. 100% recommended
