While not in the middle of Bath, a quick 15 minute bus ride and a walk up a beautiful pathway got us to Dolphin House. Jane is a gifted artist and George plays in a rock band--how much cooler can you get? The home dates back to the 1600's and the garden is an oasis, full of colorful flowers, statues, and archways.

Light and airy rooms, well equipped with everything we needed. The self service breakfast suited us very well and the supplies were locally sourced and delicious. The host Gill, was really friendly and helpful before and during our stay. It was a great location, very quiet but easy to reach amenities (Budgens 2 miles away) and attractions such as Bradford on Avon and Bath.HelenFamily with young children
