The WI-FI was free but no details of the WI FI Code left for me so I had to phone for this. I do not have a smart phone or know how to scan the App and without this knowledge I could not get into the building. I was able to get my daughter in the USA to go on line and get me a phone number to call and a very nice man came and helped me. HE helped me carry my luggage upstairs but put my small white case down somewhere on the stairs when someone called him and I have not been able to get this bag from them as he was not there next day. Because of my difficulties of not having a smart phone I left the next day and they said they would refund me for one day. If they have my small white case can they please forward it to me, at 15 Bearhill, Alvechurch, Worcestershire, B487JX. It has my clothing in it. MY Mobile 07749389014. HELP PLEASE
