The apartment was big, clean, and very comfortable in a quiet location. We had a terrace that extended the space a lot. The kitchen was small, but adequate for our needs. Check-in at the nearby hotel was convenient and easy. The location was very good, a short walk from the old town and on a main street leading to the train station (which was a bit of a walk). There was a good grocery nearby and many places to eat (one next door to the entrance).

Very friendly communication and the room was very clean and super comfy with plenty of toilet paper, towels, hairdryer and hot water. No tea making facilities but then that is normal in Spain but it did have heating and/ or a ventilater fan if needed. We will definitely return on our next trip to Ourense. A winner.
