We got the room with a sea view on the 3rd floor - it was absolutely perfect. I love how it's situated in Talamanca which is only 10 mins away by taxi (tell the front desk you need one) from Ibiza town. I recommend getting a bike from La Cicloteca (very cheap, about €10 - 15) as well, which would only take 20 mins. Talamanca is completely quiet, but there's a handful of restaurants & bars (about 3-4 places lol), but it's not the high season yet so the other places are closed. I also LOVE the staff, they are so nice and accommodating.
