We loved every second in this hotel! the staff are going out of their way to make sure we are happy, the hotel is super clean and the rooms are spacious with modern design. The breakfast was simple but made with love, but oh boy, the coffee they were preparing for us was AMAZING! Never tried better coffee at a hotel! The hotel is walking distance from the city centre and the beach so we walked everywhere! If we come to Valencia again, we are staying here for sure!

We had the room 404, and it was big enough to accommodate confortably a family of 3, it was quiet, beautiful decorated and the most important, super clean. The staff was amazing, specially Marta from the delicious restaurant and Sonia from the front desk, both of them are great tourists guides. We had the breakfast included (a la carta), and were happy with it, there wasn't a lot of variety but enough to be satisfied, the cakes were great!! The location is excellent.

Best Hotel in Valencia for sure. The building seems new and it’s right in the city center (impossible to find a better location) Our room was spotless, beautiful, luminous, with comfortable beds, big toilet, huge shower, double windows to isolate the noise from the street and with all the amenities you need. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is very kind and professional. (Special thanks to Andrea, Fanny and Maxime) There was a general problem with the air conditioner in the hotel during our last day and the staff handled it in the best possible way (I worked in hotels around the world for many years and I know how hard it is to do things well in cases like this. Cosmo Hotel staff nailed it in every sense.

New set arrived in 15 mins, in the evening, which was brilliant My only grumble is that there was one tea towel and hardly any dishwasher and washing machine tablets, so I had to buy a box of each.. This seems to be a common 'economy' by owners but I think it's unreasonable at this price.

It was near valbenici bike park. 15 mins cycle to city centre and 20 mins cycle to beach. Also ery near Metro station. Lovely and quiet and very clean with plenty facilities in the appartment. Near local shops and pastry shops and bodegas. Every one was so friendly. I would definitely come back here again and the lady who gave us our key and showed us around was very friendly.

The host met us and got us settled in quickly. He also secured us some parking locally at a good price. Nacho, our host, was a very kind and easy man to deal with. He met us with a warm smile and when we had some personal difficulties later he was more very understanding and helpful
