there was lots of attention to detail. it was homely and very welcoming. the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were modern. the host left good information for getting around Montpellier. it was a quiet neighbourhood with buses nearby to get in to the centre.

This is an excellent property, I loved everything about it! Only two tram stops and a short walk from the train station, this cute little fully equipped apartment is right in the heart of the city. Yet I found it to be a peaceful, quiet oasis. Despite its small size, it has an actual bedroom with a super comfortable double bed. The living room has a full sized sofa that opens into a double bed. The large kitchen is really impressive, with an actual oven, tall refrigerator, and a microwave, and outfitted with everything needed to cook a complete meal if you choose. A high-end coffee maker is provided, along with a selection of coffee pods :-) The modern bathroom is much appreciated after a long day of sightseeing, and even has a washer/dryer! The owner is attentive and caring, and goes the extra mile to insure that his guests are happy. The cute neighborhood is safe and friendly, and has everything you need. Very walkable to all activities.

Kitchenette is useful (although I did not cook, just used the electric water kettle for making coffee/tea, and the stove for boiling eggs). Bed is comfortable. Good WiFi. Clear check in information. The owner is friendly and very quick in responding to my messages. Highly recommended.

    The accommodation is centrally located and the city center within walking distance. Very nice location and only a few minutes to the aqueduct. Pierre is a really nice and caring host who gives you great tips and prepares a great breakfast with croissants, baguette, egg, jam, cheese..., freshly squeezed fruit juice. For me it was an all-round restful stay. It was very clean and stylishly furnished. I stayed there for three nights and felt at home.

    The location was ideal for public transport and also just a short walk to the shops, but seemed like a rather shady area where people may not feel comfortable walking alone. The bathroom sink was lovely - shame the rest of the bathroom wasn't as lovely! Unlike most hotels in Montpellier, this one didn't demand a damage deposit, which was a bonus.

    The flat was very clean, bright and spacious. Has its own parking and also two bathrooms and two toilets, which makes it perfect for 4 people. The terace is lovely to enjoy the morning coffee. The location is very convenient as you only need to take one tram (no 1) to the historic centre. Very much recommend this place!

    An ideal place to stay in Montpellier. It’s so convenient having a kitchen, it’s great that dogs are allowed and that there’s a secure car park. Just three tram stops from Comédie and very near the station means a convenient location. All in all, spotlessly clean and very welcoming and we thoroughly recommend.
