Located a bit outside of Brockenhurst this is the perfect place to stay in nature. The room and bathroom were great and Genette would cook a mouth watering breakfast every day, even taking our wishes into account. The walk into Brockenhurst takes around 25 minutes but is quite manageable, so you can stay here even without a car or taking a cab.

Excellent hosts!! Very cosy and clean rooms, the breakfast was delicious... Location was just perfect. The hosts were very accommodating with any requests we had and very helpful. One of the best B&Bs we have been to. We will definitely be coming again..Thank you for the hospitality.

We loved Everything - the WOW factor as soon as we drove up to the gates. The Gatehouse is amazing, spotless, cozy, pretty, comfortable. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location is fab. near town. Wonderful walks. Stunning views from of the park.

    The location is lovely - a secluded little spot with a beautiful walk through a nature reserve to get into Brockenhurst, so very doable without a car. Taxis regularly and cheaply available from the station too. There's a farm shop a 5 minute walk away and a pub 10 minutes away, both of which you can use footpaths to get to. Over the road is a stunning field with heather and wild horses. The brewery on site is friendly and shuts in good time to get a late afternoon pint but not be disturbed in the evenings.

    The traditional cooked breakfast was delicious and even the digs got given a sausage. Beautiful croissants and selection of jams, honey, chocolate spread, fruits and cereals. Yummy. The location was ideal, every where was easy to drive to. The room was spotless, comfy beds and pillows. great shower, fluffy towels and beautiful toiletries provided. Even the sun shined while we were there, always a bonus. Will defiantly recommend and will return. Thank you Shaun and your wonderful team. xx Dawn and Natasha
