Wow! We can’t say enough good things about the owners or the facilities. Absolute gem of a place and John & Karen are salt of the earth people. The location is gods country with endless beauty. We could spend the rest of our lives combing the beaches of this area for the rest of time.

John was an amazingly kind host, communicating timely ahead of our arrival with highly useful and valuable information. We were thankful for the provided basic supplies, like milk, coffee, orange juice. The cabins are superbly equipped, lovely and very clean. Harlosh is the perfect spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with quiet, fresh air and stunning views on the bay and its wildlife (seals, birds, etc.). Great starting point to explore the Isle of Skye.

This was a really fun home in which to stay. The home was decorated in a lovely way. It was clean, open, and had a ton of windows and light. The kitchen was fully equipped. The common areas were spacious. Bathrooms updated and well appointed. We would stay again if ever back in Skye.

Less than 10mins to Dunvegan, where you had a great restaurant (with takeaway available) and bakery, less than 40mins to Portree and drivable distances to attractions around Skye. Surroundings were very peaceful and still, perfect place to return to after a day of activities.
