The hotel staff were amazing. The hotel and rooms were clean and cozy. We arrived very early and they were very accommodating to get us into our room. All the food was very good and fresh. The area is cute, plenty of things to walk to, including the bus and train, pubs, Hampton Court, etc.

The Kings Arms Hotel is steeped in history and looking over Hampton Court Palace to one side and the Bushy Park on the other. The hotel dates back to 1709 and all the rooms are all different in shape, size, aspect and design.

Great location, really friendly staff. Hotel very clean and very modern. Some really nice touches. On Friday night the bar was very busy yet our room was nice and quiet.

    it’s cheap, and you basically get what you payed for. we stayed here for a concert in pryzm which was a 10 min walk from the hotel. it’s perfect if you’re on a budget and only need it to sleep. the room is small but perfectly fine to just sleep in.

    We stayed at Warwick Lodge when my daughter attended an open day at Kingston Uni. The location was ideal, with the bonus of a parking space outside. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The person who greeted us when we arrived (not sure if she was the owner) was very friendly. My husband and daughter had a cooked breakfast which they said was lovely. It was very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

    Warwick Lodge is in a great location, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and shower was fine. We were just staying for one night as we went to a party up the road so it was perfect for us. The room was small so I don't think it'd be ideal for a longer stay, but for one night it was perfectly adequate.

    Don't be put off by the façade of this Hotel as it does look a little run down but inside the bedroom was very clean and beds freshly made. The Manager was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location within five minutes walk of Hampton Court.
