Jo was very welcoming, friendly and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for. Brilliant hospitality tray which could be replenished from supplies in the hall when needed. Bottled sparkling and still water was always available. Delicious home made cake on arrival. Lovely seaview from our room. Fluffy towels and gorgeous toiletries. Great breakfast with plenty of choice..all delicious. Ideally situated just outside Looe..lots of great places to visit within easy reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a real home from home.

A weeks stay in the coach house with our dogs was exactly what we needed. The house was very clean, had a good supply of anti viral and anti bacterial cleaning products to facilitate our stay. The treats left were such a nice touch and having local milk already in the fridge was very thoughtful. The bed was really comfortable, always a nice surprise as often this is the area holiday homes let us down. The shower was powerful too, extra bonus! Perfect location for getting out and about in the stunning local area, I don't think we drove for more than 20mins before reaching where we wanted to visit. The countryside views were perfect and peaceful. Loved having the cows come over in the early evening for a nose into the lounge! The secure paddock was invaluable for us with differing aged dogs needing varying exercise lengths. It meant the young ones could charge about before going somewhere they needed to be on a lead, and also have a sprint at the end of the day if they needed it. We had a gorgeous roast at the Jubilee just down the road. When in Polperro we ate at the Three Pilchards - incredibly dog friendly and fabulous food! Book a table, it gets busy. Inkies at Golitha Falls is great food for after a nice walk around the woods.

There are many benefits of Bed and Breakfast Accommodation. The owner, Sharon, was welcoming and extremely helpful. Sharon could provide information regarding eateries, our drives and tourist activities. Much being only info. known to the locals. Sharon wasn't intrusive and provided this when asked or during general conversations having breakfast. The opportunity to chat with other guests who reside in England but staying at this Bed & Breakfast was one of the benefits of a Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and we tried all options over our several days here. Ate everything on our plates which says it all really! We had a hire car and there was parking in the street for it. Our room had doors opening to a small balcony, overlooked the bay. So pleasant to sit and have a drink. The Accommodation is on a hill, but as Sharon says, as a Cornwall local - "This isn't a hill." It's the most pleasant walk from here into town and we enjoyed it daily.

    Ideal location, very clean. Tracey and Ken are really good hosts and go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant holiday. Even with us booking last minute. Breakfast was perfect. Will recommend to friends and family. Oh, and Ken is an all round good egg and snappy dresser!

    Room and ensuite was very clean and had everything you would need. Lovely quality towels and breakfast was superb. Pillows were good too which is often not the case. The most perfect location, close to some free and some very cheap parking.

    The location was excellent for touring that part of the Cornish coast. The cottage was spotless and the hosts were attentive, helpful, relaxed and fun! We wanted to avoid crowds and Lanreath is perfect as it's a sleepy little village with one community shop. We tended to visit Hannafore rather than Looe as it is much quieter, the rocky coast is lovely and ideal for kayaking and swimming. Talland beach is a lovely cove with coffee shop and toilets and is just 15 mins from Rowan Cottage. A great place to chill, swim and kayak.😀

    Location. free parking. Great b&b. Breakfast very good quality. Very very clean and comfortable. Spotless. Perfect hosts. Free parking. 5 min walk to looe. Slightly hilly.
