Check in was easy. I liked that there was a lock box and the pictures to describe where to park and how to get in. Free parking was a bonus. Outstanding views, especially up on the second level. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have a market so close. Very light and bright and clean. Much quieter side of the lake despite the road. Good walking paths in both directions.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view in a historic building, very beautiful private park, very well equipped and very clean apartment, very nice host, who gave us a lot of useful information. Supermarket, restaurants and bars, boats to Bellagio, Varenna etc. are within a (short) walking distance from the apartment.

Amazing and modern apartment right next to lake Como. Very convenient location, as it’s very close to the port, where you can reach Bellagio and Varenna in a very short trip! Also very close to Menaggio. The beds were comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything that you might need during your stay. Sheryl was amazing, she responded very fast, and answered any questions or concerns you might have. Check in and check out was easy!

The apartment has everything including shower items, an ironing kit, etc. Very clean and spacious. Host communication is 10/10! They provide information regarding possible short term noise in shared area, gives great recommendations for restaurants, and places to see. We loved the location of the property although we found the Lake Como region a little tricky to get to without accessing private transfers. We stayed in January and were not aware that most of the restaurants would be closed. Breakfast was sufficient and staff at the breakfast was very friendly. Parking is free of charge. Bar terrace is spectacular.
