Studios and apartments all come with a patio, sea view and outdoor dining area. They all boast sea views.

This place is absolutely awesome in every respect and it will definitely be my only choice for my next trips to Isola d'Elba. The location is incredible, the staff is extremely friendly, it has everything you need for a perfect stay away from the usual kind of tourism. For me, it was a perfect starting point for various mountain bike and road bike trips across the island. Just breathtaking! A little reminder to those who have read about the "challenging dirt road" to the place - true, it's definitely not your every day commute to work - but absolutely no problem (unless you are traveling in a sports car with very low ground clearance). To me, it wasn't challenging at all - it was huge fun :-) Just don't be afraid of dust :-) Highly recommended!!! Oh, and it actually does have internet (at really decent bandwidth).

We only stayed one night and it was very clean and everything was ery okay. The location is good, a lot of restaurants and beach bars araound, and the beach right infront of the door. We didn't use the beach there though. It is not an exciting hotel, it is an ugly block at the beach, but it definitely fulfilled our needs and comfort standards. The pool is very useable. There is even a bar, where we got aperitivo. We slept very well. All in all a very good experience.

    The location is fab, everything is just a few metres away from the apartment (supermarket, caffè, restaurants, ice-cream parlour, beach, chemist's, newsagents, bus stop etc. The apartment is roomy, comfortable, quiet with a nice view of the surrounding hills with the possibility to eat on the terrace. Very clean.

    Location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach and very close to a playground that our 4 year old loved (one with bouncy castles - small fee to use). The team are lovely especially Deborah, our main point of contact. Our place was absolutely spotless. There was a bicycle at our disposal to go to the shops (5 min cycle to a Coop for groceries). Outdoor shower and a washing machine for laundry in the basement of the building were both much appreciated.

    The apartment is in an ideal location opposite the beach and a few minutes walk from the town. The large terrace was ideal and we enjoyed our stay.
