The hotel is very nice. The hall and stairs to the room may give the wrong first impression as if it were a cheap hostel, but the room itself is excellent. The room had, everything you could possibly need. The gift of a bottle of house wine was nice. The kitchen is equipped and has breakfast in it. Although we arrived way ahead of check-in time and our room was not ready, we were allowed to leave our belongings in it and given a key card to access it. Overall we very much enjoyed everything, It was a good choice for us

The breakfast spread was excellent; we loved the selection of breakfast items which were delicious, and the beverage options too from tea to cappuccinos and fresh juice. We loved being so close to the tower. We would absolutely stay again!

    Fantastic property, very clean and in good location for the airport, station and walking to the centre (c.15 mins). The owner was great to deal with and the brrakfast link up with Bar Livorno was really appreciated.

    Great location not far from the train station. Easy walk to the main attractions of Pisa. Located on a side street with secure access to the building. There is a doorbell marked up with 6 Keys to press and checking in at 9pm was problem free. The room was basic but ideal for a base to explore Pisa. Free WiFi worked well with a strong signal. Ideal for a few days if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Pisa.

    Ideal location close to the airport which suited us as we had an early morning flight. Only 10/15 walk from the B&B to the airport. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and even though we left at 4.45am and didn't use the breakfast provided, it was very well laid out and plenty choice if you wanted to have breakfast there. The host provided all the information required for self check in well in advance and it was a very easy system.

    Convenient location from the train station, a short walk away from the busier streets of Pisa and the leaning tower. Lovely apartment, very clean, with a ground floor terrace. A couple of streets away is “House Cafe” which offers a variety of croissants and coffee, an ideal destination for breakfast.

    The room is in a fantastic location for access to Pisa airport. Just a five minute walk from the terminal, so great for late arrivals or early departures. It was also very clean, the bathroom was spotless. Also a large comfortable bed and a nice shower. Overall, very good value for money.

    Roberto the host was present to meet us and gave a friendly welcome: no problem about late check-in, which often restricts options in Pisa for evening flight arrivals. Excellent location a few metres from the station, so ideal for one-night stopover, but would also be a good budget option for a longer stay in Pisa. On the main route into the centre, but inside the building was quiet. Water in fridge and some some standard packaged breakfast items included in price; bars nearby for something more substantial.
