It was easy to communicate with Massimo. The place was spotless: respect for maintaining such cleanliness in all the building!

    A very clean, comfortable, homely guest room with an electric coffee maker and includes some free snack foods and drinks. The manager was very helpful and responded well to my messages. A great location in Sassari.

    amazing place, very big rooms, very clean on the first floor of a calm building. excellent location in the heart of sassari. parking really cheap next door really convenient. supermarket on the street corner and lots of restaurants near by. the terrasse oriented south is a plus the host is really nice and answers to your quetions about the city and facilities
