Only accommodation during our trip in Portugal where everything was great. We got there during probably one of the hottest days in the valley and opening the door to find that the air conditioning was on was just great. The house has everything you need, and more, for a comfortable stay. Including some edibles for breakfast and oil/salt/species etc. The location is good, close to where you can park the car for free, just few steps up.

this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Pedro and Sara are wonderful and showed great hospitality. great location, very clean and excellent facilities. felt like a home away from home. they have a rooftop hangout scene which is quiet and social at the same time. highly recommended.

I came to Pinhão as I had followed the Celebrity Race Across The World first leg trip from Morroco to Pinhão. The up a stairway from street level allowed for a wonderful view of the area. The apartment was lively and clean. It had everything there. It was raining constantly during my stay but I had a look at the garden which would have been lovely on a summer's stay. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station and n wine & tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets a long the street. Vineyard within walking distance.if I make back to Pinhão I would stay here.

My family and I stayed in both apartments. They were clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. It is located a fairly long walk up a hill from town and down a steep driveway once you enter the property. The hosts are very nice. We would stay here again.

We felt more than welcome from the very moment we opened the door until the heartfelt goodbye. It is the perfect location to meet up with other travellers, the roofterrace and the breakfastroom are ideal spots for this purpose. We never in our whole lifes (which are pretty long, with lots of travelling) have never come across a place like this. Go there and see for yourselves!

The view from our 'terrace', the 'pool' and the breakfast room was beautiful - probably the nicest in all of Pinhao! The location is also ideal if you don't mind a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Pinhao - although I wouldn't recommend the route for young families as the start of the walk is along the roadside. Property was very clean and had great amenities for a small room. A helpful tip if you stay in this property, is that the bed lifts up so you can store your luggage. Lovely to also have a terrace to enjoy, with a good view of the Douro and only a short walk to the river itself. Superb location and highly recommended Pinhao as a place to stop and enjoy the beautiful Douro region.
