View of the ocean was amazing. You could just sit in a balcony all day and enjoy the view or sleep with a window open..sound of the waves was very soothing. Having an arrival drink was a nice touch. Also free private access to sauna - meaning for a particular slot no need to share it with others. Also free access to natural pools outside!

The seafront 4-star hotel Aqua Natura Bay in Madeira features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub. A gym is also available, as well as an on-site diving centre.

All rooms at the hotel feature cable TV, free WiFi and a private bathroom.

Perfect location for a getaway and as a base point to discover the island, especially the Western part, just an hours or so drive from the airport/Funchal. You need a car if you want to explore the island. Great view from the room (sunrises are fantastic), comfy beds, nice and modern facilities, inside pool with salt water and infinity pool on the roof, beautiful lounge on the roof to chill, tasty food and great presentation in the restaurants (both breakfast and dinner, we did not have lunch in the hotel). Many cool activities just a minutes walk away: lava pools, diving with sharks and rays in the aquarium, whale and dolphin watching tour. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff who made us feel comfortable and welcome from planning prior to our trip until we left. A special thanks for organizing one of the most beautiful flower bouquets ever for my wife's birthday. The people working in this hotel should be proud of themselves for the great job they are doing and the smiles they are putting on the guests faces. Thank you, we would love to come again.

    Very new building and facilities. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and fully equipped. Cosy balcony. The bed and pillows comfortable.     We stayed at the studios. Staff - Francisco Sardinha at the reception was very nice, welcoming and helpful. We would like to explicitly thank him for making us feel welcome and helping when needed. They provided a welcome prosecco and on the birthday of my wife they brought a chocolate cake with a candle and bought flowers (for a price of course). Very thoughtful. Rooms - very clean, well equipped, in perfect condition Location - perfect location

    Wonderful hotel, we really would love to stay there again! Everything is very clean and new, very friendly personnel, convenient location. Free tickets to natural pools and bathrobes are included. Accommodation also provides 10% discount to the hotel's affiliated restaurants, which we really enjoyed. Lovely jacuzzi on the rooftop

    We had room 109 with the fantastic view over the embankment. Ideal location for a few night stay in Porto Moniz. Nice breakfast. Two minute walk from the natural pools. The owner is very kind and helpful. Beds were comfy. The small supermarket nearby. Place has free parking lot from 5 p.m. till 11 a.m. just in front of the hotel (but it very quickly can be full). I guess it's one of the best stays on that part of island! I'd recommend it.
