Renci delivered exceptional service and his communication was great. The pool is wonderful and the sun lounges were so comfortable.

Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.7 for a two-person trip. The hotel is gorgeous and the manager and his wife are unbelievably helpful. They couldn't do enough to make our stay remarkable. The breakfast was delicious on the most divine terrace covered with lush vine. We had a large party of 8 with teenagers kids in tow, with many requests, and all could be addressed and met by Nico and his wife. They arranged for transportation at the 11th hour to the next island, gifted some bubbly and prepared a cake for my husband's birthday! We will definitely come back!
