From the reception to cleaning personal, they all made sure that we have a great experience. First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

Ponta Delgada Marina’ya bakan birinci sınıf bir konuma sahip Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico adlı yenilenmiş 5 yıldızlı tesiste ısıtmalı kapalı yüzme havuzu ve 8 konferans salonu mevcuttur. Probably the best hotel on the island. The manager, Mr Alexandru Daralta, was very nice to us, giving us an update to the junior suite, which was spectacular. I would suggest to stay at this place, when coming to Sao Miguel, cause it's right in the city center and the hotel is super nice. We did not had the chance to try the breakfast, as we left early in the morning. This will be our base camp if we come back again on the island. :)

Madalena'da yer alan Loving Strangers Hostel bahçe, ortak salon, teras ve bar sunmaktadır. Tesiste karaoke ve ortak mutfak vardır. This is not your regular hostel experience. This is something more. You feel here like you are home. Pedro and Stefan treat you like a part of family. I highly recomend to stay here.

Grand hotel that I think has only recently opened. Lovely views of Monte Brasil. Has a swimming pool. Spacious airy feel to the place and interesting history. Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Very personalised feel to the place due to high staff/guest ratio; were able to assist me a lot. Nice breakfast. Large area in front of entrance to park car.

The room was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and very well isolated form the outside noises. Even there were construction work nearby we never heard any noise. The breakfast was very nice! We loved the option to have the typical pastry and the cheese with pepper sauce everyday apart of other options, fresh fruit, different types of pastries and breads, ham and cheese, all perfect! You also have the option to park in the hotel parking. It is easier to get into the parking with a smaller car, but even with a big car you are fine. It is an option that not all hotels offer. What made our stay so exceptional was the stuff at the hotel. The communication was clear, accurate and prompt. In particular, the receptionist/manager excelled in providing us suggestions and recommendation on places to visit and things to do, so we could fully enjoy our time. It was a first class service! I give the Pêro Teive Bay Apartments Hotel my highest recommendation and thank all the stuff to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable!
