Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Love the room just wish we had more chance to use the patio (couldn’t this time because of the weather). Situated in the centre of Sagres, this hotel offers self-catering apartments with balconies 500 metres from the Atlantic Coast. From the moment we walked it the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Showed us around Segras with a map and recommended places to visit and eat. The apartment was way more then we expected. Bed was hard but the staff at check in offered to add a mattress topper if we preferred. In suite laundry was a plus and the unit had a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Lovely balconys were an added bonus. We enjoyed a drink on the balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed some down time there.

The hotel was truly exceptional, with a wonderful view. The room itself was quite comfortable, and the shower was equally enjoyable. While I didn't have the chance to take a dip in the pool, it certainly appeared inviting. However, the real highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which exceeded all expectations. It offered an impressive array of options, making it the most delightful breakfast experience I've ever had.
