From the reception to cleaning personal, they all made sure that we have a great experience. First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

Grand hotel that I think has only recently opened. Lovely views of Monte Brasil. Has a swimming pool. Spacious airy feel to the place and interesting history. Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Very personalised feel to the place due to high staff/guest ratio; were able to assist me a lot. Nice breakfast. Large area in front of entrance to park car.

First of all the lady who manages the hostel is an amazing person. She gave me a lot of information and made sure my stay was just perfect. The room had comfy bed and nice terrace on the Monte Brasil. Amazing breakfast. Super good position, in the middle of city center and very close to a public free parking lot.

Great location; very central in Angra, close to the beach and several restaurants. There is also a fun plaza right in front where you can grab a coffee or drink at any time of the day. Easily accessible by taxi or car from the airport (approx. 15 minute drive). The private room was comfortable, spacious, very clean and well equipped. Contrary to other reviews, the room is quite soundproofed. The café downstairs is very convenient and lively. They serve brunch on the week-ends (not included $), which was great as breakfast options are sometimes limited (especially on Sundays when everything is closed).

Our 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic for our party of 5. Spotlessly clean, all details are well thought out in a modern way. Everything looks completely new. The kitchen is useful for full meals. Complementary parking and good breakfast. And above all the terrace is amazing, the ocean views, very large and L-shaped surrounding all rooms. I'd book the same room in a heartbeat.

Praia da Vitória'da Grande Plajı'na birkaç adım uzaklıkta yer alan Facing Bay Hostel hızlı check-in ve check-out imkanı, sigara içilmeyen odalar, ortak salon, ücretsiz Wi-Fi ve teras sunmaktadır. A beautiful spacious room, with a big bed; even the en-suite bathroom was big. The large terrace was ideal for enjoying the views over the bay. Being a hostel, there was even a small shared kitchen we could use on the floor above. Sandra, who looks after the hostel seems lovely. She does everything.

Angra do Heroísmo'da, Negrito Plajı'na 1,1 km mesafede yer alan Farol Guesthouse ortak salon, ücretsiz özel otopark ve teras ile konaklama imkanı sunmaktadır. They were very nice and accommodating to all my requests and even took the time to drive me into town to catch a tour next morning so I can sleep in. Highly recommended.

Andre and Ana are so kind and helpful and always ready to chat about everything! You can clearly see that the place is managed by people with passion towards traveling and others. If you really want to see what Angra do Heroismo is about, to literally feel the city, it’s a 100% GO - the enormous balcony with the view of the inner city will provide you that, especially with finest azorian wine and after the dark.

Pleased with the presence of air conditioner. Pleased with the presence of a washing machine and microwave, new double bed and mattresses. Extremely warm hosts, amazing city, stylish, aesthetic furnishing, coziness as if you are in your own home! The apartments are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair! A big a showercabin! Super Internet and two TV. Evening panoramic view from the viewpoint is amazing!!!!!!!!!+++++10!!!
