Everything...location, accommodation and friendly welcome. The sun deck in flat 8 was perfect to see the sunset and very lucky to see the dolphin for about 30 minutes one afternoon

We arrived and check in was very easy.The room and bathroom were lovely and the bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere.It was really nice to sit outside and have a few drinks in the fine sunshine. Evening meal was good and for starter, main, desert and bottle of wine the cost was very reasonable. Continental Breakfast the following morning was excellent.

Location is excellent. Great views from bedroom verandah Design of house perfect for a family of 5 adults Outside verandah was a great addition. Lovely feel to the house. Would reccomend.

Really lovely cottage in a great location for all the places we wanted to visit. Just a short walk to a beach, which was a great place to watch the sunset. Easy parking at the back. Lovely comfortable beds and great shower. We would love to return if our grumbles were sorted out.

Peter had great communication before my visit. I arrived later than check in but they were more than accommodating. Peter went the extra mile and even helped me with reversing my car as I had got stuck! The hut was too cute and although I was only there from 11pm until 10am the facilities were great - managed a brew and a nice hot shower. I watched Netflix with a face mask on before cosying into the really comfy bed. Will deffo visit again xXx

Fabulous quality, beautiful location, warm welcome, tranquil, hammocks, comfy beds, loft sleeping space for kids, well kitted out, fantastic terrace- all together fun and quirky. Bonus of a fabulous outdoor bath as cabin adjacent wasn’t rented! Pure wilderness luxe!

The lodge/cabin was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The view outside was beautiful, we could sit on the veranda or in the hot tub and look over the lake with loads of wildlife to watch. The outside areas were well maintained and great for having a little wander with our dog round the lakes/ponds. The location is quiet but perfect for a base to go off exploring the New Forest. Would definitely stay again!
