The location is very good and there are great view out of the window. Unfortunately, the shower faucet is broken, and the water is not hot, the room is cold, too. I almost caught a cold. I recommend fix the problems and keep the water warmer. Then the hotel will be great!

The room facilities were all new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The environment was serene, with a small balcony offering beautiful mountain views every day. There was free parking, and it took around 15 minutes to drive to Hallstatt. During our 3-day stay, we met the hotel owner's family, who were all very warm, friendly, and hospitable, providing lots of useful information. When we encountered a problem and sought the owner's help, they spent a great deal of time assisting us, which was truly touching and appreciated - this level of enthusiasm and support is not something you can experience at every hotel. It was an excellent accommodation experience overall. :D
