We took a trip from London via Brussels to this town. It was a great weekend and would recommend a visit. The hotel is the oldest in Belgium and was super. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were accommodating. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. 👍

A real gem of a place. A few rooms above a bar, but not just any bar, a beer lover’s paradise. The lady who runs the whole place is a beer sommelier, speak Dutch, French, English, and is a real darling. My room (Chimay) was small but spotlessly clean and with a really comfymatress. The bathroom was relatively big and modern. Breakfast was excellent, and I didn’t even try half of what was on offer. A cyclist friendly place, you can store your bike in the garage overnight.

Location and breakfast where you can fry your own eggs. A very quirky hotel with a lot of charm and most of it very tasteful. Room had enough facilities to make for a very comfortable multiple night stay.

Nice city with a few interesting sites and museums. Convenient train station and very walkable. Attractive setting. We particularly enjoyed the Textile Museum and walking along the river thrush the city.
Important to know that rental car options are an expensive taxi ride away.

We were there because of info day at Howest University. My son was in Kjortrijk for one week last year (as an exchange stay of high school - which has been going there more then 30 years). He may come back to University. We can return to Kjortrijk more often.

A shame that there are so many works in the streets.
A shame that there are so many works in the streets. I recommend the 1302, beguinage, the other small beguinage and the walk around the river. What is definitely not good is that all covered parkings at the city centre close at 2:00 am.

I am genuinely impressed with Kortrijk.
I am genuinely impressed with Kortrijk. I had not really thought of it before as a place to go, but it is a friendly, clean and interesting place to go - and a great base for exploring the area, be it Flanders or Lille or even Ghent.
The centre is a joy to walk around - how good is it to take in cafes cleaning the pavements outside early in the morning, to walk to a neighbourhood bakery that is open Sunday mornings?

Lovely town, vibrant and young, night life in the open, music; beautiful historical town centre, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs, where you could try local cuisine and beers, as well as plenty of cultural events.
My stay in Place to Bee was perfect! The place is cozy and warm. The rooms, kitchen and bath/shower were super clean, the garden also offers visitors a beautiful place to chill and rest. Rafael and Eefje make you feel like home! Plus, Place to Bee is near everything you might need during your stay in Kortrijk, 5 min to the station, 10 min to Grote Markt. I hope I have the chance to visit the place again! Thank you Place to Bee!
Came to Kortrijk to trace some family history. The apartment was beautifully appointed with everything you need for your stay. The location was excellent for wandering lovely Kortrijk or jumping on the train for local exploration or connecting to other major cities. Don't be fooled by the entrance to the building. The apartment is beautiful. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
Hotel which I usually stayed was fully booked and based on the reviews booked at Broel 4, it was just lovely!
Highly recommended; great comfortable and clean room, hospitality to the max level, great breakfast area with the opportunity to sit at the terrace - in the garden or in front of the building.
Great place to stay!
This was a wonderful surprise. It's a 5 minute walk from the station and located in the centre of town, making it easy to walk around and explore. We stayed in the family room, the bathroom was amazing! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was great having access to the whole property.
The Perfect location in the centre of Kortrijk.
Very close to the train station and town square.
Very easy to access. No messing with keys.
Very clean.
Very quiet. Easy to get quality sleep.
Top quality fixtures and fittings.
Superb accommodation.
This is the best experience I have had in so many years of business travel. The environment is simply top notch. The host was very polite and provided a welcome drink. The breakfast is also very rich and more comfortable than eating in the hotel.
Very nice appartment with a great glas front to the street and great interior design. Modern and cosy for one person or a couple. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the center of Kortrijk and the river.
The location is ideal for both business and private/tourism. The railway station is just around the corner, therefore, all major cities in Belgium and Lille, the north of France, are at the most 1 hour away!
Very comfortable place with a modern interior, good location for visiting the expo and nearby festival area.
City center is walkable but going by electric scooter or car is preferable/faster.
My hotel room was generously large and facing onto the street outside. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower room of a very good size.
The staff are helpful and attentive.
The property was in a really nice location, very close to the train station, room was clean and everything was in working order. Staff were really friendly and communicated very well.
Great place to stay in Kortrijk. Next to all shops and restaurants. The appartment modern with the latest appliances. Friendly owner. Very recommended.
