The staff and service were great. They were very warm, welcoming, and quick. The location is gorgeous, and the view is magnificent. The restaurant is highly recommended as well: for a very reasonable price you get a really special gourmet menu, with high quality wines. Loved it!

The location was outstanding and the refuge is an amazing building with exceptional decor. Our room was beautiful with an amazing bath and very comfortable bed. The welcome from Lucas was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was laid out each morning with pastries and coffee was also available in the stunning kitchen. There was wine, pasta, sauces, snacks and other thing available to buy through an honestly box type deal which was very useful. The hot tub outside was a great touch, with breathtaking views of the mountains. All in all this is a truly wonderful place to stay with basically zero faults.

Nice slopes. We had some that had artificial snow, but this will depend on the seasons. Red runs were very feasible. A few valleys and different resorts are interconnected. The skiing village has got limited entertainment but is very family friendly. Great view of the Mont Blanc!

In the winter, it is a great place for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, as the slopes ranged from green to black, and span many many kilometres. The town itself is a small one, so will suit those travellers who are not looking for nightlife but enjoy peace and quiet instead. In terms of getting there, if you are travelling by public transport, plan your visit carefully. We ended up walking from and to the nearby Le Fayet town where St Gervais les Bains Le Fayet train station is location, but be mindful that getting from the train station involves quite a bit of an ascent up the hill, so not recommended for everyone but for those who like walking/don't have too much luggage. There are also local buses but do check their schedule in advance.

The Indian restaurant is really good and worth a visit even though just out of town.

The home is really beautiful with all of the amenities you could wish for. The open fire, the bath tub all lovely for a family stay.
Host was lovely and helpful greeting us on arrival. Throughout the stay she was available on message and was responsive to us. The beds were really comfortable, just note the last 2 single beds (in the triple room) are in the eaves which for our grown children was a challenge - also a few cobwebs which we removed ourselves. The hot tub was beautifully positioned to sit and view the snow capped mountains - the only problem was the temperature. We have our own tub on about 37 - 38 degrees which is nice. This tub was only ever on 26 to 34 so we got cold quickly which was a shame. Plenty of boardgames. Not far up to Bettex skilift or down to St Gervais - the latter was easier as the lift was less walking in ski gear to get into the cable car! All in all a lovely stay and we will visit again.

Staff was absolutely fantastic! Very kind and helpful. I had an early bus out of the Le Fayet train station, so this was the perfect location for me - less than 5 min walking distance. I thought breakfast was a good value: $13 USD for a typical European spread including coffee, juice, and scrambled eggs. I paid $190 to stay in a 4-person room (it was the only one available when I booked last minute), so that works out to $47.50/person, which seems very reasonable. Overall, this was a great option for me!
It was compact but it was clean and comfortable and catered for our needs perfectly well. The shower was great with reliable hot water. The toilet was quite small but again, no issues. A perfectly pleasant balcony area to relax on after a day on the slopes. Brilliant location, right on the run and only 100 metres or so from the Bettex cable car. The villlage centre was only a 10/12 min walk away. There are also a couple of bars and a wonferful bakery even closer (5mins walk) and a ski hire shop.
Friendly staff, great location in Town, minutes from all local bars and restaurants.
Rooms a little dated but clean and tidy, with daily room service and fresh towels if requested.
Some rooms (14&15) are external to the hotel but this was not a problem for us. Several sets of steps to these rooms, so maybe difficult for those with mobility problems.
Breakfast was good for continental style. Rather small number of seats/tables, so a little busy with skiing groups all heading out at same time.
Very well located hotel a little outside of town but still central and walking distance to the center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. I particularly liked the contact with the hotel and the friendliness of those present. Due to a traffic jam at the Mont Blanc tunnel we were late, the exchange and coordination was very quickly answered and we were warmly welcomed. Breakfast is selected in advance, the choice is perfectly fine. The location is very good for exploring the area and hiking.
The studio is well located near the city center of Saint Gervais, the Mont Blanc Tramway is very close and a free navette passes directly down the building.
It's equiped, clean, cozy, warm with a lovely view.
The check in and check out process is easy and Sibelle is very responsive and available. (I had a train problem and she was very helpful).
Definitely recommend!
We didn't take a breakfast because our cable car schedule to Mont Blanc was too early. But the location of the hotel is only 15 minutes away from Charmonix and it is very clean and has mid size pool and spa. Hotel employees are very kind and view of this hotel is also great. For the weekend trip, it is very nice and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
The apartment is very well situated, near the ski lift. The place seems to be recently renovated, the bathrooms are brand new with expensive equipment. There’s everything you need for a stay with kids - potty, utensils, cups, chair, crib etc. The beds are comfortable. It’s warm and clean.
Nice room and great breakfast. We also ate in the evenings a few times and it was good food and service. Loved the small bar when we got back from skiing. Also, although we drove, there was a ski bus stop right outside the hotel if you needed transport to the slopes.
Very beautiful area of the alps. Stunning views of Mont Blanc from the balcony. Many summer activities including hiking, mountain biking, telecabin, paragliding. Small grocery store nearby. Clean and attractive town, with a number of restaurants,15 minute drive away.
Great Apartment - well equipped kitchen. Amazing location 2 minutes from the main lift and 10 minutes from the town. Ski locker downstairs which was really handy. Amazing boulangerie just around the corner! Very comfortable, had everything we needed.
Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Polite and friendly service, clean and spacious rooms, rich breakfast, nice location - equal distance to Megeve and to Chamonix, sauna and a swimming pool. Well recommended if you are looking to explore the region!
I loved the familial atmosphere and authentic look of the hotel. The room was spotless clean, and the owners were very welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located and it's easy to get to the ski lift from there!
unique property in one of the loveliest towns in this part of France. lots of character, space and of course a great location in the heart of everything. bonus was great weather and skiing.
Beautiful apartment, cosy and spacious. Very nice facilities and equipment. Garage included.
Very close to the telecabine. Ideal for skiers.
Very friendly host welcoming you.
Lovely large hotel with very friendly staff and good facilities, equipment, food etc very reasonably priced against competition in a quaint area of the town, recommend!
