The location was close to Liverpool 1, Museums and good food. When we arrived at the initial room and the electricity wasn't working. I spoke with staff at the front desk who contacted maintenance. The maintenance guy was there in minutes found the problem but explained that it would take around 30 mins. He then arranged for a new room with a better view. He also arrange for a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The front staff also gave use a voucher for drinks at the bar. Now thats service . We would definitely use the Pullman again
