My friend and I stayed here as we were coming to see Taylor Swift! We got there around 10.30 as we got an early train to beat the crowds and we knew check in was at 3 but when we went to drop our bags off we were told our room was ready! The staff at reception were so friendly and asking us why we were there and told us to enjoy and have a good time at the concert. I would definitely stay there again as it's so lovely there and central. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
