George was an absolutely brilliant host and went above and beyond to meet all of our requirements. The property was perfect with beautiful views of the sea. The location was perfect as well in a quiet location but about 20 minute walk from the Laganas strip. Excellent value for money also. Highly highly recommend!

We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021). We enjoyed the amazing Laganas beach with many really great restaurants and bars. Local tavernas, especially Ole Ole is something special. Very tasty and beutiful restaurant. Directly from the beach we bought great tours - turtle spotting (must-see, especially from the small taxi boat), small islands. It's still always a good idea to rent a car on Zakynthos just in order to see everything. We had 7 days stay and only 4 of them we had a car but it was enough to see I suppose 80% of the island and enjoy another beaches and Shipwreck view

Teresa is an amazing, caring host, and nothing was too much trouble for her and her husband. Perfect place for our holiday. It's a bit out of the way if you don't have a car, although getting a taxi was easy. Visiting in October lots of places were already closed.

Lithikia is a lovely, tranquil area of Zakynthos, rich with trees, olive groves and flowering shrubs. The villages are small and quiet with very friendly people. Given it is not even 10 mins from Laganas, it is a real peaceful oasis.

Great place to stay with lovely tavernas and excellent beaches nearby. I will definiteley be returning. Went to El Greco restaurant which was packed every night - mostly with locals which is always a great sign. The service was very hospitable and friendly as after the check out they let us stay in the pool of the hotel and the room was cleaned every day. The area outside the room was really good as well with good facilities too as it had sunscreens and an aid kit for the customers . Lastly the price was fair and equal to what you are paying for. I would definetly visit it again next year !

Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.

It was a great starting point for all the trips around the island, it was close to the beach and the town of Laganas. Since Zakythos is a very loud place in the summer mostly because of parties in towns and at the beach, here you were that far so you could get a good night sleep and that close so you could join the party. The OWNER of the hotel was very nice and kind, always in a good mood and greeting us every time we walked by.

The position is strategic because from the Hotel you can reach by renting a car or scooter all the beaches and sites around the island, also you have their own beach or walk by the sea to the next beach. The food is delicious and always changing every evening. The room is always cleaned. The staff is really kind and helpful.
