Little Bird is set in a beautiful location, we stayed in a 2 bed apartment overlooking the sea, It had a lovely outside garden to sit in in the morning with a cuppa. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The cafe served lovely breakfasts and lunches, loungers around the pool were comfortable as were the beds in the apartment. The pool was cold, however it was early season. You can walk into Petra which takes about 30 minutes, taxi back is only 7 euros. Loved it here would definitely return.
Studios Stefani is 200 metres from the beach of Petra in Lesvos. It features a sun terrace and studios with a balcony overlooking the garden or the Aegean Sea.

Everything, from the wonderful, tasteful design of the studio, to the cleanliness and the care that went into ensuring every studio is equipped with everything that’s needed, to the location (within about five minutes of walking, you’re by the sea). But most of all, we really appreciated how kind, friendly, and welcoming Ms. Dimitra is.
Petra is a really lovely village. It is very traditional and little changes from year to year. There is a choice of beaches - the main village beach and also Avlaki beach (our favourite) at one end of the village. There is an excellent range of bars and tavernas and the food at all the ones we tried was delicious. The ‘Caravan by the Sea’ (just a little further on from Avlaki beach) deserves a special mention - food and service are superb.
There is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the village and it is a beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing break.

It is 5 mins away from Molyvos which is the Mykonos of the island. The beaches, restaurants and cafes are great and inexpensive. Met some travellers from England who have been visiting Lesvos for over 25 years and I now know why.
Public transport to and from Petra is on time and very reliable.

I liked the village, I liked the houses, I found a wonderful tavern to eat (Zigos), the church on the rock is fabulous.I have been to many places, but most people I was impressed about Zigos tavern wich is not on the beach.Every day, no matter where we went, in other villages, on other beaches, we would return to eat at Zigos. The tavern is not on the main street but, attention is a signboard with the name of the location.Instead, too many stones on the beach, I preferred Anaxos beach.

Traditional old Greek village of character with winding cobbled streets built on a fertile coastal plain - so easy for walking!!. Plenty of facilities such as ATMs, minimarkets, taxis, buses to nearby resorts and free wifi and beds on the beach if you buy a drink. Sit in wonderful tavernas, especially along the seafront, built on wooden platforms onto the beach where you can listen to the waves as you eat and sip an ouzo or a local wine. Visit the church of Panagia Glykofilousa "Lady of the Sweet Kisses" and climb the 114 steps for a prayer or a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Not a place for thumping dance music and rowdy nightlife but a great base for older couples who want to soak up a more traditional Greek atmosphere and relax on a sandy beach with stunning sunset views.

A small village right on the coast with plenty of restaurants and bars and a god selection of supermarkets. Very quiet and relaxed pace of life. Good place as a base to explore most of the island with a car.
İt was good location, excellent breakfast and magnificent host mrs Atina.
We found what we expected from the hotel pictures and comfortable even thought much more than our expectations. We want to extend our holiday but all the rooms had been reserved because of weekend :(..my husband is taking look at the other options in Petra but many of them full reservations on the booking. I hope can manage to find a place like Michaline..even he can or not but whatever We decided to come Michaelia again.!
Almost everything was perfect, but the most remarkable part was the breakfast. Instead of standard breakfast, there is menu for great & healthy dishes to chose and served with fresh coffee, fruit basket, fresh orange juice.
On the other hand, the host staff were always kind with peace, since they are the owners of the hotel, very hospitable and taking care of the guests.
Landscaping were nice and feeling relaxed once the moment you took in.
It has private car park for the guests.
Gaea Gardens, Petra is 3 detached, well maintained, fully double glazed, fully equipped, large brick homes with large patio, set well apart and situated for privacy.
Set in well stocked and cared for grounds, only minutes from the sandy beach, shops and Petra.
Nikos and family are welcoming and very helpful, with easy and up-to-date information ,before and during my stay.
The quiet location and perfect position for the many hiking trails, made this perfect.
+The hotel is close to both Anaxos and Petra beaches
+Although it is close to Petra it is in a quiet spot so you don’t have to deal with crowds and noise
+We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub
+Breakfast was extra but worth the money
+The rooms were kept clean
+Complimentary fruits (I suppose the peaches are from the garden) and drinks they left for us in the room upon arrival was a nice touch
+The staff was helpful
I can easily say that it was the best holiday experience I have ever had! Eleni was always there for me for anything you can imagine, from renting a motorcycle to local tips! Eleni and her husband treated me with homemade tsipouro and lemon liquor! From sparkling cleaning to breathtaking view of the balcony. I had amazing holiday there. Kitchen is well equipped!
Thanks for everything Eleni!
We had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully appointed, adding to our overall comfort. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. If we find ourselves in Lesvos again, there's no doubt we would choose to stay here once more
The best one in Petra! The rooms were really great, big, new, tasteful furnished and very clean. We liked the street and the streets around. It is not easy to find such a perfect place to stay in Petra. Also the owner, Dimitra was such a great host, helped for everything. She is so nice and warm. We thank her for eveything:)

The owners were fantastic! Very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was just perfect on a hot day and great to have a drink and talk with others. Nice and quiet, but very close to everything in Petra!
The location was great in terms that it is very close to the waterfront in Petra, and quick to get to Molyvos and Anaxos areas. The manager/owner of the hotel is a very sweet and thoughtful lady.
