Great location for Rastoke area,. We stayed here to visit the waterfalls and Lake Plitvice. Our Host Nena was so lovely and helpful....some nice restaurants around the area...if you're staying in Rastoke area, I highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly hosts and great place to stay. It is clean and well equipped. The garden is beautiful and the free parking is really convient.
Just note the appartment is underground, so there is not much light especially on rainy days - but since we were mostly out, it was not a big issue.

Lovely place, very relaxing and in the middle of nature. We loved it. The waterfalls in the city are less spectacular than in the nearby park of Plitvice but it is nonetheless worth spending some time enjoying them. A city with an incredible and rich history.
A city with an incredible and rich history. Very accessible by road, only about a hundred kilometers from Zagreb. By visiting the walking routes, you can see from several historical buildings and locations to incredible nature along the river Slunjčica, Korana and the beautiful waterfalls of Rastoke. Rastoke is definitely a must-see. The town offers several excellent restaurants and shops with locally produced food. I definitely recommend a visit.

The accommodation is situated in an elevated and prime location, within walking distance of a major attraction, It is just down some stairs and across the road from the natural wonder known as Rastoke. We visited and explored Rastoke. Parking is unforunately very limited, we tried to pay for parking but did not find any option to pay by credit card or cash. We did not have data since we travelled from Canada. We parked at the bottom/the end of the road and did not pay for parking. Luckily we did not get ant ticket.

Unbelievable place!
Unbelievable place! The old town built totally on the river and over the waterfalls! Like in Moovie! We were just returning from Plitvicke jezera and didn’t know about this village! We needed to stay somewhere on the road and I read about Slunj! Very scenic, few thousand leaving people village. Have nice river,waterfalls,castle,view point,many tourist bicycle roads. In season full of restaurant/conoba/ in Croatian. Good connection to another party of Croatian Country. Places for campers,rest area with service for grey and black water. Good connection by bus from main towns of Croatia.

Rastoken is approx 20 minutes on foot. There is a restaurant, Kum in the center of Rastoken, offering delicious pizza and lasagne at a good price. Perfekt accomodation if you want to visit Plitvice . Plitvice is 32 km away. Mario's family is also deal with winemaking, we tasted and bought very delicious wine. Since we are cat lovers, the 5 cats were just an extra😀 I recomend to everyone!🧡

Also coffee and tea is available. Very nice and clean bathroom. Good location, 900m from Rastoke, a lot of shops nearby. 25-30 min drive to Plitvice. Very nice hosts, they waited us with prepared local spirit and there was a cold beer and water in the fridge. Aleksandra also brought us fresh, home made cakes and pancakes which were delicious. For our little one was there a prepared baby crib.

It is classic decorated with 2 lovely bedroom, cosy living room, inner courtyard, a kitchen exceptionally equipped with everything you need. The host welcome us with some local products ( wine and sweets). The place absolutely worth the price and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice and cozy stay in Rastoke.

The hosts were really helpful and friendly. The location is not on the loud highway, so the nights are calm, but not far from the historical town of Rastoke (only few minutes away). It was an excellent starting location for our rafting trip on river Korana. We will definetly visit again.
